Problems
with new Bush stamp

The
new Bush-Cheney re-election stamp was recently
issued. Many complaints started pouring into
the Postmaster General about letters being returned
due to no postage.
Bush asked the Post
Office to look into the matter. The
Post Office investigated and reported to Bush
that apparently the postal patrons were spitting
on the wrong side of the stamp!
